Creasap named OAC Player of the Week
MVP of the Shrine Classic scored 50 points in two game stretch

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio — Marietta College junior guard Isaiah Creasap (Wooster/Triway) earned Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Player of the Week honors, according to the league office, which released its weekly awards on Wednesday (Jan. 2) afternoon.
Creasap led the Pioneers to a 2-0 record at the 37th Annual Marietta Shrine Classic last week. Creasap set a tournament single-game record with eight three-pointers in their 95-85 win over Grove City and also tied a single-game record by hitting 10-of-10 from the free-throw line in their 98-85 win over Waynesburg. In two games, Creasap tallied 50 points and seven assists. For his efforts, he was named Tournament MVP.
Marietta (4-7) is back in action on Wednesday (Jan. 9) evening when rival Muskingum College visits Ban Johnson Arena for a 7:30 p.m. OAC match-up. |
